Dose: Each 1ml is equivalent 200ml (5%) fennel oil.
Apply 1ml (20 drops) to the vagina as a skin conditioning agent 2 x daily for 8 weeks or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

In a double-blind placebo controlled trial, fennel applied as a vaginal cream for 8 weeks improved vaginal cell quality, decreased parabasal cells and improved vaginal pH. The study concluded that topical fennel is an effective means to manage the symptoms of vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women and is devoid of side effects.  Many women reported an increase in libido and sexual desire.

5% fennel oil in extra virgin olive oil can be applied directly by syringing 1ml into the vaginal canal daily.

Fennel vulval application

5% fennel oil in extra virgin olive oil can be applied directly to inflamed external vulval tissues.

Fennel as a moisturiser

5% fennel in extra virgin olive oil can be used as a daily moisturiser for whole-body application.

Fennel as a lubrication

5% fennel oil in extra virgin olive oil can be used as a personal lubricant for daily comfort and sexual interaction. Apply liberally as needed.
