Yaeyama Pacifica Chlorella is a premium strain of single-celled freshwater microalgae (Chlorella pyrenoidosa) grown on Ishigaki Island, Japan. It is highly regarded as a “superfood” due to its dense concentration of chlorophyll, protein, and essential micronutrients.
Cultivation and Purity
This specific strain has been cultivated for over 40 years in a pristine, tropical environment that ensures high nutritional potency and purity.
  • Location: Grown on Ishigaki Island, 1000km south of the Japanese mainland, using clean mountain spring water and abundant tropical sunlight.
  • System: Produced in 45-metre controlled outdoor ponds, an aquaculture system that avoids contamination from mercury, lead, pesticides, and herbicides.
  • Safety: Continuous testing has shown no detectable radiation following the Fukushima disaster.

  • Protein: Contains approximately 55%–60% complete protein, including all nine essential amino acids.

Dulse Flakes (150g) is our favourite at Detox4Life for adding essential vitamins and minerals, especially iodine and Vitamin B12 – not to mention it’s incredible Heavy Metal detox affect.

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas (or paw paw)
  • 2 cups FROZEN wild blueberries – really try and get the wild ones from health food store (frozen section) – if not just the organic blueberries – but wild is so much better!
  • 1 cup coriander – fresh is best – you may like to start to grow it! – if you can’t find it, or don’t like it, that’s ok too
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 heaped tsp Chlorella – be generous
  • 1 Dessertspoon  of Atlantic Dulse
  • Optional: water to blend

Directions:

In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy!
